Pricing:
Prices may be changed at your discretion, however following our MSRP is strongly advised.  Feniex products MUST adhere to the MAP (Minimum Advertised Prices) Policy. Periodic prices changes may occur with notice. Coupons are NOT valid for distributors.

• $10,000 annual purchases

Returns:
Any items that were damaged during shipment must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Returns can be made for credit within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping
As you may know from shopping with us before, we ship as fast as we can.  Nearly every order is processed and shipped within 5-10 business day.  There's not many vendors that can compete with that!  If an anticipated delay will occur, we will notify you right away.
